Dear Mr.-Lochbaum:
Per your conversations with Mr.-Leonard Olshan of-my staff, we have scheduled a meeting with you and Mr.- Paul _Gunter of-Nuclear Information and Resource
- Services. -The meeting will take place-on Wednesday, September 10, 1997, at-10:00 a.m. in Room 8B-11 -11555 Rockville Pike, Rockville, Maryland. The meeting will be transcribed,- and, as you requested, a vidco cassette player Jwill.be-provided.
Based on the several conversations that have taken place between NRC management and yourself, it was mutually agreed that you did not expect a
-written resrsnse to the ten questions raised in your August 5, 1997, letter.-
It is the staff's intent to address these questions at the September 10, 1997, meeting.- If information:is requested that we are unable to provide or if new questions arist during the' meeting, we will respond to you by written correspondence or at-another meeting, as appropriate.
