MODIFICATION NO.10 TO TASK ORDER NO.19 UNDER CONTRACT NUMBER NRC-03-89-027 i
Dear Mr. Lofy:
Based on Parameter's Contractor Release, executed by Mr. Richard Lofy on July 26,1999, the final cost ceiling associated with performance of task order number 19 of contract NRC-03-89-027 is increased. This modification increases the task order obligated amount by
$318.72 from $61,832.53 to $62,151.25. This will allow the NRC to release suspended funds under final invoice #191-19-11F dated March 29,1995.
We hereby increase the final cost ceiling associated with performance of Task Order No.19 to
$62,151.25. The total final reimbursable cost is $60,750.74 ( includes one year of interest in the amount of $24.78, as a result of Parameter's claim). The fixed fee for $1,400.51 remains the same.
The accounting data for modification no.10 to Task Order No.19 is as follows:
