Dear Mr. Lofy:
Based on Parameter's Contractor Release, executed by Mr. Richard Lofy on July 26,1999, the final cost ceiling associated with performance of task order number 39 of contract i
NRC-03-89-027 is increased. This modification increases the task order obligated amount by
$5,227.93 from $526,000.00 to $531,227.93. This will allow the NRC to release suspended funds under final invoice #210-39-14F dated March 29,1995.
We hereby increase the final cost ceiling associated with performance of Task Order No. 39 to
$531,227.93. The total final reimbursable cost is $519,285.72 (includes one year of interest in j
the amount of $406.41, as a result of Parameter's claim). The fixed fee for $11,942.21 remains j
the same.
