Contract No. NRC-33-92-172, Modification No. 13 The subject contract expired on May 12, 1996, and we are initiating closeout action.
However, pending completion of all required closeout requirements, it is necessary to deobligate excess funds remaining under this contract for other immediate agency requirements.
Therefore, enclosed for your review and execution are three (3) signed copies of the subject modification deobligating excess funds in the amount of $2,149.91.
Please have an appropriate official sign all three (3) copies and return two (2) copies to the address below within ten (10) days from date of this letter.
You should retain one (1) fully executed copy for your files.

l ALG 191997 HRC-33-92-172 Modification No. 13 Page 2 of 2 This modification is issued to deobligate unexpended funds in the amount of $2,149.91 which thereby decreases the obligated amount of this contract from $498,030.00 to $495,880.09 and the ceiling amount from $507,779.00 to $505,629.09.
Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made:
The first sentence of paragraphs a. and b. of Subsection B.4 -
Consideration and oblication are revised to read as follows:
"a.
The total estimated amount of this contract (ceiling) for the products / services ordered, delivered and accepted under this contract is $505,629.09.
b.
The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is $495,880.09."
All other terms and conditions of this contract remain unchanged.
