Modification No. 25 to Task Order No. OG Under Contract No. NRC-33-92-203 The purpose of this modification is to rescind modification no. 25, to deobligate funding in the amount of $129,000.00, and to decrease the task order ceiling.
This decreases the obligated amount and the ceiling amount from $8,063,600.14 to $7,934,600.14. Accordingly, the following change is hereby made.
The second and third paragraphs of the definitization letter are revised to read as follows:
Task Order No. 06 shall be in effect from August 03, 1992 through January 31, 1997 with a-total cost ceiling of $7,934,600.14.
The amount of
$7,629,423.21 represents the reimbursable costs, and the amount of
$305,176.93 represents the fixed fee.
The amount presently obligated with respect to this task order is
$7,934,600.14, of which the amount of $7,629,423.21 represents the reimbursable costs, and the amount of $305,176.93 represents the fixed fee.
