Modification No. 24 to Task Order No. 05 1Jnder Contract No.
NRC-33-92-203 The purpose of this modification is to rescind modification no. 22 and to deobligate funding in the amount of $81,500.00 and to decrease the task order ceiling. This decreases the obligated amount and the task order ceiling from $10,764,630.00 to $10,683,130.00. Accordingly, the following change is hereby made.
The second and third paragraphs of the definitization letter are revised to read as follows:
" Task Order No. 05 shall be in effect from August 03, 1992 through April 30, 1997 with a total cost ceiling of $10,683,130.00.
The amount of *
$10,272,240.39 represents the reimbursable costs, and the amount of
$410,889.61 represents the fixed fee.
The amount presently obligated with respect to this task order is
$10,683,130.00, of which $10,272,240.39 represents the reimbursable costs, and the amount of $410,889.61 represents the fixed fee."
