EMERGENCY PLAN REVISION, APRIL 1997 (TAC NO. L30992)
Dear Mr. Maas:
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission's staff has reviewed Revision 21 to your Emergency Plan (Part I of EMF-32) dated April 28,1997, which was submitted by letter dated May 2, 1997 (received August 1,1997).- Based on this review, we agree with your conclusion that these changes do not decrease the response effectiveness of the Plan, in accordance with _10 CFR 70.32(l), the revision can be incorporated into your Emergency Plan. The date of this revision will be incorporated into Condition S-2 of your license at the time of your next amendment, in addition to Part I cf EMF-32, revisions to Part il, the Quick Reference Section, and Part lil, the Implementing Procedures, were also enclosed with your May 2,1997, letter.
These documents are not considered to be part of the Emergency Plan specified in l-
. Chapter 8 of your license. However, we appreciate your keeping NRC informed of 4
changes and updates to these supporting documents.
