NRC-10-88-239 Modification No. 11 Page 2 of 3 The purpose of this modification is to (1) Extend the period of performance by one additional year, effective 3/15/97 to 3/14/98 at a cost of $1.330.08 (2) Revise the Statement of Work to incorporate an option year effective 3/15/98 to 3/14/99 at a cost of $1,330.08: (3) Provide incremental funding in the amount of $1,330.08 which increases the total obligated and ceiling amounts from $16,874.16 to $18,204.24 1.
