BE'IWEEN TEXAS A&M RESEARCH FOUNDATION AND THE l
l U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION L: The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance-L-- through December 31, 1997, at no additional cost or obligation to the Government. Therefore, the Government hereby accepts the Grantee's letter dated July 1,1997, which is incorporated herein by reference. Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made: -
- 1. Block No. -3. , Grant Period, is deleted in its entirety and. replaced with the following:
"FROM: 10/01/94 T0: 12/31/97"
-All other terms and conditions, including the grant ceiling amount of
$130,903.00, remain unchanged.
