'. INTENT TO CHANGE LICENSE ANNEX e

On June 13, 1998, Westinghouse Columbia Fuel Fabrication Facility (CFFF) Regulatory Management approved a project that will require a change to the License Annex submitted in support of the Plant Ventilation System Integrated Safety Assessment.

Proiect Description Replace filter housing for the Fluoride Suipping System ventilation filter and modify ducting to mate up with the new filter house. Install a new automatic flow valve and field temperature indicator in the liquid circulation loop. Add a high level deionized water and ammonia supply interlock cut-off.

Regulatory Review 4

Radiological and Environmental Protection: Review complete.

Chemical and Fire Safety: Review complete.

Nuclear Criticality Safety and Safeguards: Further evaluation required. Drawing sign-off prior to start-up required.
