Dear Ms. Hemby:
Attached is a NRC Form 7 application for an XV license to cover export of natural grade U02 powder to Canadian General Electric in Canada.
As we discussed in our telecon of 4/11/86, this application is essentially identical (except for quantity of U0 to License XU-8584 which we unfortunately let expire last December.2)In retrospect, we should have applied for an extension of XU-8584 including an increased amount of UO to be shipped.
