Task Order No. 13 entitled, " Financial Assurance Anendments - Materials Licensees Teletherapy Sources and Krypton 85 " under Contract No. '"C 04 95 065 In accordance with Section G.5(c) of the subject contract, this letter definitizes the subject task order. This effort shall be performed in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work and the contractor's technical proposal dated July 11, 1997, which is hereby incorporateo by reference and made a part of the subject task order.
Task Order No. 13 shall be in effect from August 8, 1997 through August 7, 1999. The total estimated ceiling for this task order is $48,248.
