NRC-02-98-001 8 CONTINUATION PAGE The purpose of this modification is to al' lot incremental funds in the amount of $30,000 to this contract. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:

! 1. Funds in the amount of $30,000 are hereby allotted to this contract. As
! a result, Section B.3, Consideration and Obligation - Cost Plus Fixed Fee l (JUN 1988) paragraph (c) is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
"(c) The amount currently obligated by the Government with respect to this contract is $1,095,291, of which the sum of
$1,023,100 represents the estimated reimbursable co'sts, and of which $72,191 represents the fixed fee."
