THE NUCLEAR UTILITY BACKFITTING AND REFORM GROUP'S PETITION FOR RULEMAKING, PRM 50-36 Ycur memorandum dated March 31, 1986 requested NRR's review, concurrence and/or comments on a proposed Federal Register notice to respond to the

subject petition for rulemaking.
My staff has reviewed the notice and finds it acceptable to this office.
For clarity, however, the words "and is made throughout the year" should be deleted from the 3rd sentence under " action" on page 7 of the proposed notice.
