Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA, 5 U.S.C.

552 as amended), the Georgia office of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) requests: copies of any and all NRC records and information, including, but not limited to: notes, letters, memoranda, drafts, minutes, diaries, logs, calendars, tapes, transcripts, summaries, interview reports, procedures,

,D instructions, engineering analyses, drawings, files, graphs, charts, maps, _ photographs, agreements, handwritten notes, studies, data sheets, notebooks, books, telephone messages, computations, interim and/or final reports, status reports, and any and all other records relevant to and/or generated in connection with the NRC's investigation into the Complaints of Susan Register, Leslie Price and James B. Rogister regarding illegal and improper procedures and practiccs at Georgia Power Company's Nuclear Plant Vogtle in Waynesboro, Georgia. (See attached letters from NRC's Bruno Uryc for reference.) This request includes, but is not limited to, any and all NRC records and in f orma tion regarding Region II I n s p .- e c t o r Brupo 7U,ryc's initial contact and follow-up with Susan Register and Leslie
