Contractors One contractor tested positive for marijuana and methamphetamine during pre-access-testing. -This contractor was denied access.

Two contractors tested positive for marijuana and amephetamina during random-testing.

Their access was revoked and their

- employraent at WCNOC terminated.

FITNESS FOR DUTY PROGRAM CHANGES t -

During assessment of the blind program it was determined that additional submittals were needed to-assure the regulatory requirements were being met.

The quarterly sample size was increased accordingly.

- EVENTS REPORTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH 10 CFR 26.73 l

WCNOC did not have any reportable events under 10 CFR 26.73.
