To provide initial NRC feedback on preliminary draft revision to NEl 96-07 (expected to be submitted on August 19,1999). NEl 96-07 is industry guidance for implementation of 10 CFR 50.59, which is being revised to reflect changes to 10 CFR 50.59 and related rules recently approved by the Commission.
