Enclosed for your it 'qrmation is a copy of Dr. Ned Bibler's comments on the SNL radiation ex!eriments.
Dr. Bibler was one of three independent consultants at the Ahl meeting which was conducted on December 12 and 13, 1985 to review the effect of radiation on Csl stability. His comments were referred to in the Chan and Pyder memo dated January 12, 1986 which summarized this meeting.
