Thiinspection was an examination of the activitees Conducted under your license as they relate to radiation safety and to compliance with the Nuclear Regu!ctory Commissions (NRC) rules and regulations and the cond.tions of your license. The inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures tnd representative records, intervwws, with personne4, and observations by the inspector. The findings as a result of the inspection ere es follows:
