The NRC recently sent you, under separate cover, a copy of the NRC's final fee schedule rule for Fiscal Year 1999. The Federal Reaister reference is 64 FR 31448-31483, June 10,1999.

You may want to send a copy of the final rule to your licensees who may perform work in non-Agreement States under the reciprocity provisions of 10 CFR 150.20 since the final rule assesses fees to those Agreement State licensees.
