The submittal reflects changes to the facility and procedures as described in the UFSAR that were completed during the annual reporting period L
ending January 22,1997. Changes completed after the reporting period may also be l
included.
To the best of our judgment and belief, this revision accurately presents changes made since the previous submittal which are necessary to reflect information and analyses submitted to the Commission or prepared pursuant to Commission requirements. This revision includes:
Changes identified in the annual " Report of Facility Changes, Tests and i'
Experiments." This report is being submitted separately under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.59.
Changes resulting from technical specification amendments.
g' Changes to reflect the current Environmental Radiological Monitoring Program described in the NRC reviewed Offsite Dose Calculation Manual Changes reflecting a more current organization.
