TRANSMITTAL 0F MINUTES FROM CRGR MEETING NO. 94

Enclosed are the minutes from CRGR Meeting No. 94, which was held on August 22, 1986. The following paragraph sumarizes the specific issues that were discussed.
Issues requiring NRR action or closure are also identified.

Review - Proposed Commission Policy Paper on Technical Specifications (NRR)
ONRR staff (D. Fisher) presented a proposed Commission Paper dealing with modification of TS.
The CRGR identified nineteen areas that required NRR response.
The CRGR requested a review of a revised proposal at a subsequent meeting.
DHFT needs to draft a response for Director, NRR signature to identify whether or not the Office agrees or disagrees with the CRGR recommendations. The memo is addressed to the Chairman, CRGR if there is agreement with all CRGR recomendations, or to the ED0 if there is disagreement with any CRGR recommendations, along with appropriate information to support any disagreement. This memo needs to be issued by September 25, 1986.
