In accordance with the February 19, 1986 agreement between our representative and your Mr.

Robinson, the Westinghouse Electric Corporation hereby submits a summary of changes to the Columbia Plant Design Information Questionnaire (DIQ), previously transmitted as Concise Notes, during the period January 1, 1986 through May 31, 1986.
