Mr. William J. Hammond, Director of Services and Security, is retiring and Mr. Robert C. Moore has been appointed as the Acting Director of Services and Security.
Mr. Moore is well-known to the Region V Nuclear Materials Safety and Safeguards Branch as a fourteen year veteran of the District's security organization and as an acknowledged expert in nuclear security matters.
We will keep you informed of any significant changes as the District continues to reorganize.
