MONTHLY NARRATIVE REPORT OF OPERATING AND MAJOR MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE

This report describes the operating and major maintenance experience for.

the month of December, 1985. This report was prepared by the Plant.

Staff and is submitted in accordance with Section IX:I.l.c. of the Technical Specifications. -

During the report period, the reactor has been.in the cold shutdown mode with the core unloaded and the reactor vessel drained. During-the month the following items were conducted:

1. Construction of the radwaste enclosure.- .
2. Continued vacuuming the spent fuel pool and processing hardware for shipment.
