Dear Sire In accordance with Technical Specification 6.6.2b(1) of the Penn State Dreazeale Reactor, Operating License R-2, Docket Number 50-005, we wish to inform you of changes in the administration personnel.
Effective January 1,1987, Dr. Edward 11. Klevans assumed the position of Head of the Department of Nuclear Engineering. This assignment was made due to the retirement of Dr. Warren F. Witzig. Dr. Klevans has been a professor in the nuclear engineering department and held administrative assignments since 1966.

Also, Dr. George J. McMurtry, Associate Dean, will serve as Acting Dean of the

College of Engineering effective February 1, 1987, to replace Dr. Wilbur L.
l Meier Jr., who is leaving Penn State. Dr. McMurtry has worked closely with i
Dean Meier during his tenure and is fully knowledgeablu of the programs and plans of the College of Engineering.
