SECURITY PLAN REVISION NO. 13 (USE OF ARMED RESPONDERS TO PERFORM COMPENSATORY MEASURES)
Attached is Revision No. 13 to the Consumers Power Company Security Plan for the Big Rock Point Plant. This revision was originally submitted under the provision of 10CFR50.54(p) on January 13, 1986. NRC letter dated July 22, 1986 gave the results of the Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR) review. This letter informed Consumers Power Company that the requested change could not be made under 10CFR50.54(p) but could be resubmitted as a license amendment under 10CFR50.90.
Therefore, under the provision of 10CFR50.90, Consumers Power Company requests that the Nuclear Power Plant Security Plan for the Big Rock Point Plant be changed by license amendment as described in the attachment to this letter.
Pursuant to 10CFR170.12, a check in the amount of $150.00 is attached.
Consumers Power Company requests that the attachment to this letter be withheld from disclosure since it contains information which is exempt from disclosure in accordance with 10CFR73.21(c).
