INACTIVE STATUS: Process Technology ASSIGNMENT NUMBERS 99-34 The request from the State of Arkansas to relinquish sealed sources and devices (SSD) evaluation was accepted and NRC decided to resume regulatory authority for SSD evaluation and approval within the State of Arkansas, effective October 1,1998.
The corporation holding the registration certificate AR-474-S-106-S has gone out of business, therefore, we have converted the registration certificate , AR-474-S-106-S, to inactive status and have assigned it the new registration certificate number, NR-474-S-801-S.
