SUFFOLK COUNTY, STATE OF NEW YORK, AND TOWN OF SOUTHAMPTON MOTION FOR LEAVE TO FILE REPLY TO "LILCO'S RESPONSE TO INTERVENORS' MOTION FOR ORDER COMPELLING RESPONSE TO PORTIONS OF INTERVENORS' SECOND SET OF INTERROGATORIES" On January 30,'1987, LILCO filed a Response to the Govern-ments' " Motion for Order Compelling LILCO to Respond to Portions of the Governments' Second Set of Interrogatories to LILCO" (January 20, 1987).
LILCO's Response is premised upon a serious mischaracterization of the discovery sought by way of the Governments' Motion.
Because the LILCO Response contains a basic premise which the Governments were unable to address in their Motion, we seek leave to file the brief Reply attached hereto for the purpose of addressing that matter.
