APPLICANTS' MOTION FOR LEAVE TO RESUBMIT FIGURES On February 25, 1986, Applicants submitted their Answer to OCRE Motion to Reopen the Record and to Submit a New Conten-tion.
Included as Attachment 5 to the Answer was the February 24, 1986 Affidavit of Dr. Chang Chen.
Dr. Chen's Affidavit in-cluded a number of tables and figures.
By Order dated March.7, 1986, the Appeal Board sua sponte struck Figures 5-12, 26-28 and 38-39 of Dr. Chen's Affidavit because they were at least partially unintelligible and Figures 35-37 because they did not have identifying legends.
Applicants respectfully request that the Appeal Board accept the recopied versions of these figures.
Legends have been added to the resubmitted Figures 35-37.
The other resubmitted figures have been more carefully copied so that all relevant information should be intelligible.

of Figures 5-12 are also enclosed. Applicants apologize that the original figures were not of adequate quality.
The copying in some cases had apparently been done from copies rather than originals, which contributed to the lack of readability.
