The Staff has reviewed the Seabrook program for the environmental qualification of post-accident monitoring equipment, to the extent such equipment is deemed to be important to safety and thus within the scope of GDC 4 as implemented by 10 C.F.R. I 50.49(b)(3).

The Staff has concluded that the Applicants have satisfactorily specified the time duration for which this equipment is environmentally qualified.
