CONTRACT NO. NRC-33-93-196/SB-0303-93-1-00076, MODIFICATION NO. 9 TO TASK ORDER NO. 3, ENTITLED, " OFFICE OF PERSONNEL SYSTEMS INTEGRATION - PHASE II"

Dear Mr. Jones:

The purpose of this modification is to increase the Task Order ceiling and obligated amounts by $50,314.80 from $768,885.75 to $819,200.55 as a result of final negotiated inJirect cost rates identified in DCAA Audit Report No. 6341/97H10250001 and the cap rates established under Subsection G.1 of the basic contract.

Accordingly, Task Order No. 3 is hereby revised as follows:

Paragraph 2 of the definitization letter dated, August 26,1994, is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:

" Task Orr'u No. 3 shall be in effect from September 1,1994, through August 31,1996.

The total ceiling and obligated amounts with respect to this task arder is $819,200.55, of which $764,359.55 represents the estimated reimbursable costs and $54,841.00 represents the fixed fee."
