~ Please insert the enclosed pages into the appropriate places of the subject license. These pages describe a recent organizational change, and modify license pages to reflect conditions 33, 34, 35, and 36 (Ref. 1).
Included in this set of changes is the elimination of a 0.2 gm. U-235 round off which had been applied to specifications on pages 3-38 and 10.0-7e of Part I. Please note that Table 3.9.5.3 describes parameters for encapsulated fillers prior to further fabrication. The parameters provided in Part II are for fillers in the elongated element. This process step is described in Sections 10.0.2.1 and 10.0.2.2 of Part I. Therefore, there is no inconsistancy between stated parameters in Parts I and II. However, page 3-38 is further modified to restate that the given filler parameters are not the same as those in the encapsulated and elongated element.
Please note that page 10.0-7e has also been further modified to add an olement length dimension in order to provide a more complete description.
