CONTRACT NO. NRC-33-93-1P6/SB-0303-93-1-00076, MODIFICATION NO. 7 TO TASK ORDER NO. 2, ENTITLED, SECY VOTER TRACKING SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT"
Dear Mr. Jones:
The purpose of this modification is to increase the Task Order ceiling and obligated amounts by $17,726.92 from $338,786.00 to $356,512.92 as a result of final negotiated indirect cost rates identified in DCAA Audit Report No. 6341/97H10250001 and the cap rates established under Subsection G.1 of the basic contract.
Accordingly, Task Order No. 2 is hereby revised as follows:
i Paragraph 3 of the definitization letter dated, August 30,1994, is deleted in its entirety ano the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
" Task Order No. 2 shall be in effect from August 16,1994, through September 30,1995.
The total ceiling and obligated amounts with respect to this task order is $356,512.92, of which $332,017.92 represents the estimated reimbursable costs and $24,495.00 represents the fixed fee."
