LATEST DRAFT OF THE DIFFERING PROFESSIONAL OPINION CONSIDERATION DOCUMENT l
During the 464* meeting of the Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards, July 14-16, i
1999, the Committee considered the latest draft of the Differing Professional Opinion Consideration Document, which includes the staff's resolution of the differing professional opinion issues associated with steam generator tube integrity. In a letter dated October 10, 1997, the Committee commented on an earlier draft of the Differing Professional Opinion Consideration Document, which was subsequently issued for public comment. The Committee decided not to review the latest draft document since the Committee has no additional comments or concerns.
