SUMMARY

OF MEETING HELD APRIL 9, 1987 On April 9, 1987, the NRC staff met with representatives of Public Service Company of New Hampshire (PSNH) to discuss the Seabrook Technical Specifications that will be issued with the 5% license. The meeting was recorded and a transcript is provided as Attachment 1.

During the meeting, a package of Technical Specification page changes was reviewed and accepted by PSNH. The package is provided as enclosure 2.

Discussions were held on seismic instrumentation specifications between f

experts from PSNH and NRC, all differences were resolved, and agreement was reached on the contents of tables 3.3-7 and 4.3-4.
