DOCKET NO. 50-366 NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL 0F APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (the Commission) has granted the request of Northeast Nuclear Energy Company, et al. (the licensee) for withdrawal of its September 2,1983 application for amendment to Facility.
Operating License No. OPR-65 for the Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit 2, located ~in the town of Waterford, Connecticut. The proposed amendment would 7
have revised the Technical Specifications with regard to criteria for

excluding a small number of steam generator tubes from eddy current testing.
