Nuclear Regulatory Commission ACTION:
Proposed rule; extension of comment period.
On March 6, 1987 (52 FR 6980), the Nuclear Regulatory Commission published a proposed amendment to its rules regarding offsite emergency planning at nuclear power plant sites.
The period for submission of comments on the proposal was due to expire on May 5, 1987.
Pursuant to my authority under 10 CFR Sec. 2.808, I am extending the comment period to June 4, 1987.
