REQUEST FOR HEADQUARTERS REVIEW 0F CHANGE TO PHYSICAL SECURITY PLAN FOR IRT CORPORATION (RV CASEWORK CONTROL NUMBER: 07001359-01JY)

During our initial review of the subject licensee's submittal, we noted that the

. proposed. changes to his-plan appeared to qualify as acceptable 70.32 changes.

However, a closer review of his transmittal revealed that some of the changes may have safety or policy implications which require action at Headquarters level. As was discussed with your Charles Gaskin on April 28, 1987, the  :

office. We have infonned the licensee of the status of his submittal. A copy of that letter is attached.
