The airport master record (Form 5010-1) has been -updated by the airport manager and submitted by the Waukegan Port Administrator, Mr. Patrick Nolan The airports environmental impact assessment report, submitted in 1978 has been approved.
The airport expansion project began in 1984.

- iIII. Modifications.' Tests and Experiments There were three modifications and two reactor fuel loadings'in 1985.
Unit one ' refueling outage started in January 1985 and ended in June 1985. Unit two refueling outage started in September 1985 and ended .in-January 1986, which involved a change to the facility as described in the '
FSAR.
Modification 22-1-84-040 Change RCFC Dampers to One Flow Path Modification 22-1-84-074 Changed High Pressure Fittings on Seal Table Modification 22-2-82-093 Installed Rad Monitor to Detect Fuel Handling Accident.
The only testing conducted was the Eddy Current Test on Unit I and II Steam Generators.
