In Reference 1, the United States Enrichment Corporation (USEC) submitted resolutions to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) comments contained in Reference 2 regarding the Standby Trust Agreement and Payment Surety Bond that were submitted to the NRC in Reference 3. The Standby Trust Agreement Acknowledgement form submitted to the NRC in Reference I was a facsimile copy. USEC has subsequently received the original of the Acknowledgement form, and it is provided in Enclosure 1.
