Dear Mr. McMurray:
This is in response to your letter received February 2,1987 suggesting that should the Board determine a conference of counsel would be useful to address the issues raised in the Governments' Motion for Reconsideration of the Board's Scheduling Order, a February 5 date would be convenient.
We have not as yet determined that a conference of counsel is necessary. Staff's Response is not due until the end of the day.
Should a conference be required the parties will be appropriately advised.
The letter will be read to the parties by telephone.
