The Commission was briefed by the licensee and the staff on the readiness of Perry Unit 1 for a full power license.
The Commission was also briefed by representatives from the State of Ohio and the Ohio Citizens for Responsible Energy (OCRE),
intervenors in the granting of a full power license for Perry Unit 1.
