SUBJECT:
MEETING WITH DOE TO REVIEW THE METAL FUEL DESIGN FOR THE LMR CONCEPTS CURRENTLY UNDER REVIEW The subject meeting represents one of a series of meetings to be held with DOE.and its contractors to discuss NRC comments on the DOE sponsored conceptual LMR designs proposed by the General Electric and Rockwell International Companys.
The meeting will be held May 13, 1987 in Room-P-114. An agenda is enclosed. The meeting will deal with the metal fuel design proposed by both vendors for use in their advanced LMR concepts.
Reviewers should be prepared to discuss their comments with the Project Manager (Cardis Allen) for this review at least one week before the meeting with DOE.
