, Modification No. 22 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of the subject modification is to deobligate funds in the amount of
$24,334.80 from the subject contract, thereby decreasing the obligated amount from
$3,357,815.00 to $3,333,480.20.
Accordingly, the following change is hereby made:
Under Section B'- Supplies or Services and Prices / Costs. Paragraph B.4 - Consideration and Oblication-Deliverv Orders. the first sentence of Subparagraph (b) is hereby deleted in its entirety and substituted in lieu thereof the following:
"B.4 CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION (b) The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is
$3,333,480.20."
A summary of obligations for this contract from award date through the date of this action is provided below:
