On July 9,1999, we had a telephone conversation relating to your interest in receiving information on the 10 CFR 2.206 Public Petition Process. The objective of the 10 CFR 2.206 process is to previde a formal procedure that allows any person to file a request to institute a proceeding for the Nuclear Regulatory Commission to take enforcement action.
