SUBJECT:
PARTIAL RESPONSE TO ABRdOKHEARINGQUESTIONS DELIVERED TO MARKEY SUBCOMMITTEE / HEARING POSTPONED The attached responses to pre-hearing questions concerning emergency planning issues at the Seabrook nuclear power station were delivered to the Markey Subcomittee yesterday evening.
The hearing date of October 6 has been postponed. We do not have a new date at this time, but the Subcomittee expects a delay of no more than a

--week or two. The Subcomittee has requested that we provide the testimony and the remaining responses to questions by Thursday, October 2.
EDO indicates that the responses to the remaining Questions 1, 5, 10c, 11, i
12, 13, 14, 15, and 16 will be transmitted to OCA by October 1.
