My staff has completed their review of the Final Design documents dated November 1986.
In sumary, the submittal contains an adequate surface water hydrology section. There are, however, several data needs pertaining to geotechnical considerations and ground water hydrology which we understand you are submitting for staff review. Several of our staff coninents are enclosed for your infomation.
