Dear Mr. Anderson:
We recently received a copy of the Ambrosia Lake Demolition Subcontract AMB-3 from the MK-Ferguson Company.
The submittal letter, signed by Mr. J. G. Oldham, requests our comments by January 16, 1987.
This is inconsistent with the agreement we have with your office that documents transmitted to us would only be those directly related to our concurrence of remedial action plans and only after they had been reviewed and approved by D0E.
This was necessary to permit us to use our limited staff resources more efficiently and to help us both control the g
transmittal of documents so that we would be assured that correspondence and documents we received had DOE approval. We would like to continue this practice.
Please refer to my letter of November 13, 1986, for further details.
Since the referenced documents are not directly related to our concurrence of remedial action plans and were not transmitted by DOE, we are returning them under separate cover.
We look forward to working with you and your staff to complete the UMTRA Project as expeditiously and efficiently as possible.
