Gentlemen:
In response to Reference 1, which identified unresolved item 409/85014-01, we are submitting the following information: during the next scheduled Operations Audit (due in December 1985), greater depth in documenting what is reviewed on Maintenance Requests will be incorporated.
Dairyland Power also places importance on our Audit Program as a management tool for ascertaining the effectiveness of our Quality Assurance Program. In the future, audit reports will be more closely scrutinized to ensure that sufficient detail is available for management to evaluate program effectiveness.
We will gladly discuss any questions you have regarding this reponse.
